About Us

Established in 2009 , we are 501(c)(3) (tax ID 47-2940997) non profit organization that is committed to 100% of all donations going directly to providing resources to those in need. Everyone involved is a volunteer wanting to make a difference in people lives and our local community. All of the provisions are donated or purchased locally. All donations are tax deductible.

Our Story

Something everyone of us believes in whole heartedly. Eileen's Home was started as a way for a group of friends to heal themselves after one of the founders mother (Eileen Connolly) was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Always a generous bunch, we decided to give our time on Christmas day delivering meals to people in need. After realizing that most charitable organizations were closed on Christmas, we decided to fill the gap and some bellies. In our first year we fed 35 families in need and discovered for ourselves what the true meaning of this special day was about....Giving. Our next year was over 100 meals and it has steadily grown to over 700 meals last year (2015) with the future looking to pass that by a large margin. Due to this growth , we decided that we could help the most people by serving in one location and opening our doors for all to come. Staffed with well over 50 volunteers we create a unique experience that has expanded from not just food , but clothes and toys as well. For each of us, it is truly an honor to serve our community and we are all very grateful for the opportunity.
